Command Center is a property-management platform for landlords and property managers. Features include but are not limited to portfolio tracking, accounting, lease management, work-order coordination, communications, document storage, and (on certain plans) AI-assisted analysis and third-party integrations. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
Plans. The Service is sold on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing. Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page.
Payment. All fees are billed in advance via Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then-current rate for your plan.
Launch pricing. Customers who subscribe during our launch pricing period will keep their introductory rate for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. Cancellation, lapse in payment, or downgrade may forfeit launch pricing.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance through your account settings.
Taxes. Fees do not include taxes. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, or similar taxes.
Past-due accounts. If payment is more than 14 days overdue, we may suspend access until the balance is paid. Accounts unpaid for 60 days may be terminated.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your subscription period. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
